MISSION

Our mission is to set a new standard for human performance research by developing cutting-edge algorithms tailored to the people we serve. We place a particular emphasis on establishing relationships to understand the performance framework already in place, ensuring the human is kept first. In doing so, we expand knowledge of human performance in a way that can be readily used and understood by the individuals, teams, and organizations involved in the process.

services

Human performance data can come from a variety of sources, many of which do not come with an operating manual. As a part of our services, we determine how to best store and access data from the technology being used in a scalable way. We work directly with the technology to determine the method for storing data that best suits the overall needs of the project, ensuring the insights can be accessed on demand.

Algorithms are the engine of human performance insights, but they often live in a black box that cannot be interpreted. With our services, we instead develop RITHMs, which are designed to extract information from the available technology and conform to the human performance framework already in place. Whether you are an individual, team, or organization, the final RITHM that is developed will provide insight into the key factors that drive your performance.

Algorithms can reveal a tremendous amount of information about the underlying data, but this still requires detailed investigation of the results. We include follow-up analyses as a part of our services, finding answers to specific questions that provide insight into how to optimize human performance.

Transparency of methods is powerful for understanding the strengths and limitations of any research, and algorithm development is no different. To formally wrap up our services, we provide a memorandum-style report detailing the final algorithm, its results, and example applications. Additionally, we provide technical development details in a supplemental document and grant shared access to source code through private repositories in an effort to support future refinement.
